Responsibilities:

  • To always work safely and to actively participate in JMM Safety programs
  • Be the liaising person with the BCS and customers on all POS items
  • Maintain a high level of quality for all POS items
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts including events, outdoor advertising, external marketing activities, and promotional materials
  • Assist in product launches, exhibitions, and photoshoots
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers on branding matters
  • Gather market information in addition to monitoring competitor’s activities, identify opportunities and threats.
  • Assist in developing and executing promotional initiatives
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in verifying the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns by means of quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Create joint marketing plans to support customers

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Burmese and English
  • Aptitude to comprehend and communicate effectively will be key to success for this role
  • Good interpersonal skill is critical to grow strong relationship with any relevant co-workers and customers
  • Demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm, organization, and initiative to deliver the required outcomes
  • Result-oriented person with display skills in organizing, planning and time management
  • Good understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
  • Some knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Words and Excel
  • A team player
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Sale & marketing background is crucial as well as experience in working with suppliers to produce point of sale marketing materials
